Triple-T Race Plan

My race plan is to to not race.  Triple T will be a really long training weekend.  Like a tri camp.  Each race is just X hours of training.

It's the only way I can imagine getting through this weekend.  If I think that my time doesn't matter and just doing the training is what matters I think I can do this.

Food, hydration and sleeping as much as possible will be important.
